Orders:
An order for goods placed by you, the buyer, through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

Payments:
Tao.co.uk accept all major credit/debit cards via PayPal, you are not required to open a PayPal account to pay for art prints. Prints are shipped once payment has cleared and the order has been prepared for dispatch.

Delivery:
Ordered art prints are dispatched within seven working days, by Royal Mail first class post. We aim to deliver your art prints within 21 days of your initial order, in the event of a postal service strike or disruption to the delivery network your print may take longer to arrive than our target delivery date.

Customers who order prints from countries outside the European Union may experience longer delivery times, Tao.co.uk can not be held responsible for late deliveries in these circumstances.

Tao.co.uk shall not be liable for non-delivery of art prints unless notice is given to us directly ten days after the 21 day delivery period has expired.

If for any reason an art print order can not be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be required to pay an additional postage fee to us before the goods are dispatched again.

Risk of damage to goods, or loss of Goods shall pass to you upon receipt of delivery.

Returns:
When you receive your art prints please check your order for damage. If your art prints are damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days using our online form and notify us before returning them to the address provided below. Any damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Once we have received a returned order we will provide an exact replacement of equal value and ship it back to you, free of charge. Postage fees accrued on damaged goods which are returned to us by the customer must be paid for by the customer.
